For winter break this year my family and I went to Mexico. We stayed there for 6 days and had so much fun.
While we were there we traveled on a boat into the ocean and caught fish to eat for lunch. We caught a tuna and a marlin. We left at 7:30 that morning so we were all very tired.
We stayed in Cabo San Lucas and the ocean was very beautiful! We could see whales from the pool! Cabo San Lucas has a long history too. It was first inhabited 13,000 BCE by the Pericú. The Pericues were taller and stronger than the average mainland Mexican. Their society possessed “modern” technology using wooden rafts and double – bladed paddles.
While we were there, we went swimming with whale sharks! We traveled on a boat through the sea of Cortez. Whenever we found a shark we would jump into the water a swim.
I had a really fun time in Mexico and hope to go back as soon as possible.
